LADMR

Mandatory returns

The ERS reporting regime introduced the recording of sub-MLS disposals as destination code Y and required (not sub-MLS) returns of CRA under code K. Likewise code G was introduced for returns above a maximum legal size.

The fish that are returned against these codes should not be included in catch estimates which are defined as applying only to fish that can be legally retained
